I would 100% recommend! The staff is friendly and well-informed + the ambiance is super relaxing. Infrared sauna has great health and wellness benefits, and is a great way to spend your FSA/HSA dollars!

First time visiting. Clean and staff was friendly and informative. Really enjoyed the infared sauna. Definitely was hot! Popular location and service though so parking and evening appointments are limited. They have 2-3 designated spots for customers behind the building otherwise it is street parking. Would have loved to buy a package or membership but none of the available appointment times in the next several weeks would work with my schedule. They have an online calendar to book appointments. Would definitely visit again. Update: Decided to buy the spring break 5 saunas in 7 days and great service everytime. I was able to get in at 4 pm right after work by booking ahead.
